8th January 2009 Nucleotech Launches its Third Generation Digital Radiography System Nucelo-DR Series.

Third Generation Digital Radiography system Nucleo-DR was launched at the 62nd National Conference of IRIA held at Patna, by President IRIA 2008, Dr Kulasekaran. This Third Generation technology is far superior compared to the First Generation DR system using Flat Panel Detector and the Second Generation technology using Mulitple Tiled CCD. This Third Generation Nucleo-DR system is a Single Large CCD integrated State-of-Art System with Globally latest features for acurate diagnosis. With the Single Large CCD technology, it achives globally highest resolution of 4.6 line pair /mm compared to lower than 3.5 lp/mm of the Flat Panel Detector. The image aquisition time is also globally fastest which is less than 5 seconds compared to 10 and 15 seconds of the previous generations. This Third Generation, Single CCD is used in  Space Technology  for its higher climate stability , shock resistance, life,  100% Fill factor and higher spatial resolution. This system coupled with Ultra High Frequency Generator, having lower radiation doses will be boon to patients, technicians and Doctors across the Globe.
